Key Responsibilities Own revenue growth, profitability, and market share Define and execute sales & marketing strategy across regions and channels Strengthen distribution networks (dealers, distributors, channel partners) Lead product launches, pricing, and go-to-market strategies Drive brand building, demand generation, and farmer engagement programs Recruit, build, and mentor high-performing, multi-location sales & marketing teams Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and product teams for execution excellence Candidate Profile MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing, Agribusiness preferred) 15–20+ years of experience in agriculture sales & marketing (seeds, crop protection, fertilizers, agri-inputs, agri-tech, equipment, pumps, pipes, etc.) Proven experience leading large teams and regional businesses Strong understanding of rural markets, farmer economics, and channel management
