The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and coordination with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience and business growth.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, client servicing, or related roles

Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer relationship handling, CRM software knowledge, problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage customer satisfaction and retention effectively

Gender Preference: Only Female Candidates

Salary: 30k to 45k
