HR Executive

Role Summary: HR Executive will handle all HR-related activities, including payroll management, attendance monitoring, employee records maintenance, PF/ESI handling, statutory compliance, documentation, and general HR/Admin activities. The role requires strong experience in factory HR operations, labour compliance, worker handling, audits, and day-to-day HR coordination to ensure smooth organizational functioning and compliance with company policies.

Location: Noida / Okhla

Salary: 30k to 40k

Gender Preference: Male / Female Both Can Apply

Experience: 6–8 years of experience in HR operations, factory HR management, or related field

Key Skills: Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, employee management, documentation handling, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively
